BLACK FOREST CHRISTMAS PUDDING RECIPE
– 20ml DaVinci Gourmet Raspberry Rhapsody syrup
– 15ml DaVinci Gourmet Chocolate sauce
– 15ml DaVinci Gourmet Flavour Maxx
– 100m earl grey tea
– 200ml fresh cream
– chocolate nibs and flowers to garnish
1. Steep earl grey tea in hot water for 3 minutes.
2. Incorporate DaVinci Gourmet Chocolate sauce and mix well.
3. Combine DaVinci Gourmet Raspberry Rhapsody syrup, Flavour Maxx and cream. Whisk with a mini handheld mixer.
4. Layer the raspberry cream cap over the chocolate earl grey tea.
5. Garnish with chocolate nibs and flowers.
