White Russian Iced Mocha
Application Story / Description
A non alcoholic version of the classic cocktail with a nutty and chocolatey twist !
Bold coffee is paired with delicious chocolate and Pecan syrup and topped with dark chocolate and a scoop of ice cream for an indulgent and sweet pick me up!
Vanilla ice cream 1 scoop / Espresso 30 ml / Whipped cream/ DVG Bellagio powder dusting / White chocolate biscuit stick / brownie pieces
- In the serving cup mix the syrup and sauce with milk
- Add ice .
- Top up with the shot of espresso
- Garnish with whipped cream, Bellagio powder, vanilla ice cream , biscuits and brownies
Tips and Variations
- Replace Chocolate sauce with White Chocolate sauce for an iced White Mocha.
- Use your creativity adding more toppings , biscuits, wafers and chocolate bits!
