An indulgent and tasty version of a classic hot dark chocolate with a delicious custard whipped cream that will hug your senses in a warm winter afternoon.
DaVinci Gourmet Ingredients
|Water or milk||100 ml|
- For the custard whipped cream, pour 400 ml fresh cream, 30 ml of Caramel sauce and 30 ml French Vanilla syrup into a canister. Charge up the whipped cream dispenser with N2O cartridge.
- Steam the Bellagio Sipping Chocolate powder with water or milk until nicely warm.
- Pour into a glass and top it up with the custard cream.
- To serve, sprinkle some cinnamon powder.
