Raspberry Cheesecake Macchiato

A liquid warm cheese cap tea that looks like an upside down cheesecake! Two textures, two layers, double the joy!
|Hot water||150 ml|
|Black tea||1 bag|
- For the cheesecake cream premix (13 servings) blend 500 ml fresh cream, 60 ml Cheesecake sauce and 60 ml Flavour Maxx on low speed for 20 seconds. Keep refrigerated and use when needed.
- Pour hot water into a tempered glass and brew the black tea for 1 minute. Add Raspberry Rhapsody syrup and stir.
- Dispense the cheesecake cream atop the beverage mix.
- To serve, garnish with biscuit crumbs.
