Hibiscus Pineapple Lemonade
Application Story / Description
Karkadeh has been used in middle eastern homes to poach pears and to mimic a non-alcoholic mulled wine, served warm and sweet after a long simmer in cinnamon, cloves, star anise and citrus notes. In this recipe Hibiscus tea is used as refreshing ingredient of a fruity and delicious lemonade to re – hydrate after the long day fasting.
|Hibiscus tea||50 ml|
- In the serving cup pour the syrups
- Add ice, soda water and lemon slice
- Top up with Hibiscus tea
Tips and Variations
- To make hibiscus tea , brew 3 bags of tea ( or 25 gr ) on 220 ml of hot water for 20 minutes.
- Brew for 20 minutes and cool down . Keep refrigerated
