Inspired by a classic French favourite, this modern liquid dessert combines indulgent Salted caramel with buttery notes of Shortbread cookies with a mix of nuts, granola and whips of cream. Luxurious and indulgent!
Salted Caramel ice cream 1 scoop / Whipped cream/ DVG Bellagio powder dusting / Caramel biscuit sticks / Nuts
- In the serving cup pour half of the caramel sauce
- Blend milk, syrup and the other half of the sauce with ice until smooth.
- Layer in the glass with granola
- Garnish with whipped cream, caramel ice cream and biscuits
Tips and Variations
- Replace DVG Salted Caramel sauce with DVG Butterscotch for an even more buttery version .
- Use your creativity adding more toppings , biscuits, wafers and nut bits!
