A spring and floral version of the popular Matcha Latte, featuring different layers of flavours in a delicious and Instagram worthy warm treat ! Matcha , Cherry blossom and strawberry are sapiently mixed in a real multi-sensorial application!
Davinci Gourmet Ingredients
|Hot water||30 ml|
|White chocolate bits||2 gr|
- In the serving cup mix the Matcha powder with the hot water to create a shot of hot Matcha
- In a milk pitcher steam the milk with the syrup and create a nice thick foam. Pour the warm milk foam on the Matcha shot
- Garnish with the white chocolate shavings
Tips and Variations
- Add whipped cream and drizzle DVG White Chocolate sauce for a more indulgent version and don’t forget to sprinkle some delicious garnishes!
- Increase the quantity of DVG Matcha powder if you prefer a more thick and intense Matcha flavour
